Big advertising about Blood Pressure & ECG is available in Galaxy Watch 4 Classic but it's not available. Thai Customer Care informed that waiting for Thai FDA permission. Is this right without working feature can advertising?

I had already galaxy watch, I replaced my watch only for this 2 features but now feeling sad. On the other hand samsung will not take back my product & compensate.
