Have just updated to latest software (this weekend) and now my galaxy health app not recording steps from my treadmill run today. Showing only 1100 steps from previous activity but 8,400 steps as shown as a treadmill activity not added.

Seems that the recent update has not solved the problems from the previous update.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

Hi @MikeOz, thank you for bringing tis to our attention. So we can raise this to our research and development team, I suggest sending through an error report via the following steps:

To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
  2. In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
  3. Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
  4. Click send.

Hi! I've recently bought gaiaxy watch 4 classic 42mm. I've managed to set up Number sharing with my service provider. However I'm keep getting a message "Not connected to network". Unfortunately neither Samsung nor my service provider (Optus) has been able to fix the problem for about 4 weeks now. Any help or suggestions and what my options are.
