Galaxy Watch 4 is unable to connect to my phone

So my galaxy watch 4 was working fine until a recent software update that made it dissappear from the galaxy wearables app.
It has been working fine until the update and it is a Malaysian (MDDM) model.
It pairs in Bluetooth but can't connect, even with the normal Bluetooth menu, not only the app.

Is it possible to fix without a reset?

Try to clear wearable app cache first.

I've reinstalled the app already and also I've gave up and reset the watch

Try to reset your phone or your watch & reconnect to the wearable app.
