I have only had my Watch 5 for about a month now, and I now have a problem with the back button on the watch. When I customize the key to 'show recent apps', it works perfectly ok, but when I change it to 'Go to previous screen', it doesn't work. Would this be a software issue? And how do I fix it?
I am sorry to hear you having a problem with your smart watch. Based on what you've described; I recommend for you to either reboot you watch.
To force a reboot on your watch, press and hold the Home key (Power key) and Back key at the same time until "Rebooting..." displays. Do not select Power off on the screen or Restart when it appears.
