Galaxy watch 5 notification issue

My galaxy watch 5 stopped showing messages or phone calls notification after recent watch update...

I have enabled notifications from watch settings for all apps....still won't show an incoming message or calls....

Any one facing same issue ??? Please suggest

Hi sharurocks, as you have enabled the notifications in settings but still your'e not notified for calls and messages. Try clearing cache on the Galaxy Wearable app.

  1. Open the Settings.
  2. Choose Apps.
  3. Select the Galaxy Wearable app.
  4. Click on Storage & cache.
  5. Tap the Clear cache button.

If still the issue persists, please reset your watch by the given link and verify if the issue is resolved.
