So on Monday just gone, 28/08/2023, it was 60 days since I have redeemed the Galaxy Watch 5 as part of the Samsung EOFY promotion, and I still do not have the watch.

I have contacted that Telco promotions email address a few times already and chatted with someone on Live Chat, because the status never actually moved past pending final approval.

I don't understand that to begin with, there's nothing to approve given I filled the form and provided a copy of my receipt. I bought the phone and met their requirements, so it should all be a done deal.

Regardless of that, I have asked for an update, or any information at all really, and all anyone ever tells me is that this process can take up to 60 days.

It's been 60 days, now what?

It is getting to the point where I feel like I have been pulled into some elaborate scam. I wanted to buy a Samsung tablet, but this whole experience makes me feel like I should completely avoid Samsung moving forward.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? Is there any way to get better help?

The EOFY Promotion that was done across a few retailers in Australia where you purchase an S23 Series Device and you can redeem a Galaxy Watch 5 44mm

For this watch redemption you will have to contact online support at onlinesupport@samsung.com as this is an online store EOFY sale and not a members one.

I know it's not a Members deal but I figured there might be some Samsung members who also participate in promotions outside of Members exclusive promotions, who might be able to provide insight or comment on their own experience.

Welcome to te rest of our worlds , yes ! Their are 500 members left in the dark and Ghosted till now and have not recieved te watch or atleast not the watch promosed at point of sales and then had TCs thrown our faces and still waiting mate , check out the other posts , just search the word "scam or loyal members scam" and join the rest of us lucky hand picked special 500 loyal Samsung members that have been stung by the very same company Samsung calling us that !!!

Have you gotten your watch yet? I got mine on Thursday Oct 19th, after redeeming it on June 28th.

Never even received the tracking number 🤷
