Galaxy Watch 5 Samsung Pay Auto Reset

I have been using my watch 5 since Feb 2023 which i paired with my samsung s23 ultra and recently the Samsung Pay app on my watch keep getting reset automatically. Reached out to customer service was asked to ensure the app software on phone and watch are updated otherwise reset the app, done all that but the auto reset happen again. Take make things worse, I have difficulty syncing my credit card to the watch now. Anyone facing the same issues?

Same thing just happened to me for the 3rd time in 2 weeks with my watch5.  Very annoying.   I will make sure everything is latest and greatest and try again..

Hi, I had my Watch 4's Samsung Pay reset about 2 weeks ago, because they had an app update, which required to remove all previously added cards. If I m not wrong, there was a bug for the app previously, where there was no OK or Cancel buttons after selecting the Transport card.

It's same goes to me using watch 5 and s23 but the samsung pay from watch keep on reseting few times now
