Galaxy Watch 6 won't connect to my Galaxy A73

I've tried to connect my new Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 for the last day and half to my Samsung Galaxy A73 it just won't connect via Bluetooth and WiFi the wearable app is so useless it doesn't connect my Watch to the app it keeps saying its failed connection

Try forgetting the watch in the wearable app and re-pair again

Hey @SamsungClaudette I have try 3 times it won't work I've gotten the watch to connect with Bluetooth on my phone as for the app unfortunately the wearable app won't do anything it's currently at a white screen I did get it set up on my old oppo phone yes it worked the first time. I just don't understand why it won't work on Samsung with the app maybe update the wearable app and the galaxy A73 to one ui 6 then I might try again 🙂

Based on what you've described, I recommend for you to head into your nearest authorised service centre with your proof of purchase so that we can take a closer look into this. Please be aware that due to our Privacy Policy, your device may be factory reset before being assessed. I highly recommend backing up your device via Smart Switch, OneDrive and/or Google to ensure none of your data is lost.

Hey SamsungClaudette I had to factory rest my phone then I try again and it worked so thank you for your help have a nice day
