Worst ever watch which got worse after the wearable app was installed 
The screen has gone unresponsive and the samsung supportservices and service center say as it was not purchased in Canada then we can't provide support 
Preposterous and a total waste 
Will never buy any samsung product again

Where did you purchase your watch from? How long have you owned it? 40mm or 44mm?
My mom has the Active2 and hers is still fine to this date. She actually accepted the trade in offer for the GW5

How did you set up your watch initially without the Wearables app?
Also there is a setting for high touch sensitivity on the watch. For use when wearing gloves etc, have you tried to enable that?

The wearables app is necessary only of you wish to connect to the phone and that was a mistake
Why should it be connected to the phone
When you can't speak with it

Have done all but the screen is malfunctioning as it is now working as and when it wishes
Really a piece of garbage now

Did you reset the watch? You also can't get support for the watch if it wasn't purchased in Canada. Samsung will defer you to the country of purchase.
