When playing music from watch to earbuds it frequently cuts out, unless you hold your arm up. Hard to do when running 😊

Hi @Mike667, is your Buds and Watch software up to date?

 

You can update this from the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone and scrolling down to the 'Software Update' section of each product. 

 

If both are up-to-date and the issue is still occurring, I suggest sending an error report via the Galaxy Wearable app. 

 

You can do this by:

 

Galaxy Wearable > ☰ > Contact Us > Error Reports > Detail issue and frequency > Send
