Galaxy Watch AOD sound help

My galaxy watch 4 classic 46mm is using a watchface with an AOD theme as well. Maybe a week ago, my watch suddenly started making sounds every time the watch screen turned off into AOD mode. It sounds similar to the lock sound my s20 ultra makes when I turn the screen off.

I've tried all I can think of to turn it off but I haven't been able to find the solution.

I've tried different themes, both native and 3rd party, but no matter what I change the sound persists.

If anyone has a solution, please let me know. Thank you.

Hi mate. Try this. On your phone. Go to galaxy wearable.
Sound and vibration, system sounds, then turn off unlock or others.

Hi @shase, that's strange. If this doesn't work, please send through an error report via the Galaxy Wearable app for this to be looked into.

To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:

1. Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
2. In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
3. Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
4. Click send.
