Galaxy watch issues after new Tizen 5.5.0.1 update

Hi All,

I recently updated my Galaxy watch ( 2018) to the new Tizen 5.5.0.1 update and have been facing multiple issues such as:

1. Heart rate monitor does not work when manually used. In auto it works only in the "measure continuously" mode. Not in the "Every 10 mins" mode.

2. Sleep tracking not working. 

3. Altimeter and Barometer does the calibration but then doesn't display the readings in  the widget.

 

 I have reset the watch twice. Once without restoring the back up and once with the restoration of the back up and both times it hasn't fixed this issue. I was hoping for a fix with a new May 2021 update. But that seems to have fixed only the wifi issues.  Please help.  I had no such issues till the new update and post connecting it to  my S21. Worked perfectly for years with the S7 all this while.

Unfortunately that takes forever. Samsung has replied asking me to take the service center but that will be charged.

No choice but to wait as you said. But irs frustrating to have half the features be useless on your watch.
