Galaxy watch syncing

Hi can anyone advise please,  I have  a Galaxy watch 4 and a Samsung S10 and when turning on the watch it doesn't not see the Bluetooth connection on the cell.   It is paired but I have to manually sync it when turning the watch on .  Thoughts please Thanks

I have your exact combination of phone and watch. Try a hard reset on the watch as if it was brand new out if the box, that might let it synch properly
