I purchased my Galaxy3 LTE few months ago, I was very excited in utilising its LTE ability as I just recently restarted my training (running). But just after wearing the watch twice is started to overheat, crash and the battery would not even last an hour.

Curious if anyone else experiencing these or similar issues?!

1) Overheating (Watch goes into flight-mode) when - Bluetooth connected Samsung buds and listening to Spotify . Battery drains in around 30-40 mins if that. I was hoping to train and do my 2-4 hour runs.. there is no chance of that it seems.

2) Strava is glitchy and running Strava + Spotify seems to result in the above even quicker.

Another frustrating thing is there is no Audible app for the watch @Samsung?!  the whole idea of having LTE is that I could leave my phone at home and utilise the watch whiles training.  Not having an option to install an app as popular as Audible on my watch is really disappointing.  I would really like to know if there is a way  members can request this @Samsung?

Hi @itsalexp, sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues with your Galaxy Watch 3. I would recommend sending an error report via the Galaxy Wearable app so that we can take a look into this.

To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
  2. In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
  3. Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
  4. Click send.

For the Audible app, thank you for the feedback on that. I do understand that you are disappointed that it's not available and will pass this on internally.

If you have any further questions or queries, please don't hesitate to let us know.
