Galaxy watch3

I recently upgraded my phone to a Samsung s21 ultra.  When I tried to connect my galaxy watch 3 I had to reset it completely before it would connect to new phone. I've now lost all the data it had before in samsung health which was information I was collecting for my doctor.  Is there anyway if getting this back?

Hi @Cookster, if you set up a backup of your watch, you may be able to restore from the Galaxy Wearable app. 

Galaxy Wearable > Settings > About watch > Back up and restore > Restore, tick the data type you want to restore > RESTORE NOW. The latest backup data will be restored.

Unfortunately I didn't know about this so I guess I have now lost everything :(

Strange. Its just to the EU version of samsung community.

Might be just that's its international.
