So, I am the chosen one that after updating my watch died.
Send to service center, charging me RM30 for diagnostic 
After 1 day received a call for RM600++ for replacing the motherboard.
My watch warranty has ended on September.
Samsung, you guys provided the updates that brick watches, shouldn't you be pricing a solution to fix it for free? You (Samsung) admitted as well.

Samsung, please explain why should I pay instead of throwing to a ewaste bin.

So sorry for you Bro.
I think you should send an email direct to Samsung Malaysia, or even Samsung Korea. If it's true that the cause is due to the software update, they should bear the cost of replacing a new board. Period.

I tried asking support. They said it's motherboard not because of software update which I am not convinced at all.

I see. In that case, probably it's a good idea if you ask for a complete evaluation analysis since you've already paid some amount for checking.

This is like highway robbery....After one year, it conks, come on Samsung. You must take this up with Samsung. They get complacent and careless once sold. And I was considering the watch.....maybe give it some more thoughts.
