Any advice on the battery drain on my wife's watch 4 I did check the battery and it's at new mah compacity so it's not a battery issue... my idea is it her charger gets disconnected and we don't realize it's off... is there a better way than the loose charging pad they give u with ur watch

Hi numberthenumber,

Please try using a magnetic charging stand, a dedicated watch charging dock, or a Wireless Charging Duo/Trio for better stability and fewer disconnections.

https://www.samsung.com/ca/mobile-accessories/wireless-charger-trio-black-ep-p6300tbegca/

Please try the link given above, it is the incredible 3-in-1 charger with room to hold three devices at once. A smartwatch and two phones, or a smartwatch, earbuds, and phone. With this you can power up your ecosystem all at once.

Thank you.

I had Galaxy Watch Active 2 drain batterey on occasion in couple hours. Restart yours and see if it helps. Phone soft can be culprit too. Smart things/health/etc. can drain it heavily on occasion. Smart things was buggy and still buggy on sume platforms.

Nothing helped with occasional drain by the way. Samsung was not helpful with support. In your case new updated features could be culprit. Hopes of Samsung fixing it .... keep nudging them. May be something will move, but Samsung drops support for non current models significantly.
