Gear S3 - Daylight Saving issue

Our country (Iran) discontinued the daylight saving practice from this year, now my phone (Galaxy S23 Ultra) correctly shows the time, but the Gear S3 watch is still an hour ahead. I tried reading many articles and even tried to set the phone on UTC offset but unfortunately there is no option for UTC +3:30 in UTC offset settings.

I am aware that the same issue exists for Mexico as a read a similar tread on this community and on reddit. 

I would really appreciate if Samsung team would update the watch software to solve this issue.
