Hi members ,

I am getting serious rashes and burns from wearing my watch 5 which I bought recently.
I have been wearing smart watches since 5 yrs now and this is for first time I am getting these rashes.
Apparently there is a lawsuit filed against Samsung watches for causing burns too in US.
I wanted to know from community members what is your experience?

If burns occur because of fast downloading and if download is using 5G consider setting your connection to 4G as slower downloads reduce heat. Found somewhere under Connections in your settings as Mobile Networks.

I will appreciate if you do so , I think they need to know something is wrong in the band and they can recall or probably provide new ones.

Not commenting on the burn issue, rashes can be caused by a skin allergy to wstch metal, assuming there is direct skin to metal contact (I don't have a watch, so I am assuming metal to skin contact). Looking at your comment I am assuming you have Googled the problem. If not, do so, as Google will give you more answers. Remembering that this forum is limited to Australia, Googling "Samsung Members watch burn" as the content should give you posts to other country Samsung forum comments as forum posts also show up in Google. Use Google Advanced Search to limit answers to specify English language only.
