Google Keep still not working on Samsung watch after latest update

Samsung Galaxy watch 4 does not work with Google keep. It is impossible for it to list Keep notes that you have on your phone. It tries to synchronise but stays in that state forever. It has been like this since I bought the watch and even with the latest firmware and software updates on both the watch and the phone is still like this. The menus of the watch is be able to look at your shopping list without bringing your phone out, and now it is useless.

Hi @sekito, thanks for bringing this to our attention. As mentioned on your other post, I suggest sending an error report for this to be raised to the relevant team. 

To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
  2. In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
  3. Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
  4. Click send.

I've already done that I've done that from the very moment I bought the watch in December and I've done your reboots and factory reset sand it doesn't work and it hasn't worked and other people are saying the same thing for over a year

Why can't Samsung get the Sleep Tracking working correctly? Also why can't Samsung put bigger batteries in their watches? Don't even put LTE in watches, they can't handle it. Samsung needs to follow in Garmin's footsteps on how to build wareables..

So, another update and yes it's still not working. Why don't the error reports help? It's been half a year owning this watch, and silly as it sounds the main reason was to have my shopping list on keep so I can walk around the supermarket without having phone in hand. It hasn't worked ever, repeated hard reset of the watch of course there's nothing. Why would it if it was a new watch to begin with. So many other reports of the same issue and it's really a very basic feature that I should be able to have

Hi @sekito, I am sorry to hear that the issue has not been resolved. After looking into your account, I am unable to see any error reports sent from your account in 2022. 

Could you please send this through? 

Note: Please do not close the Samsung Members app until you've received notification that the error report has been sent.

Have you fixed this? As stupid as it sounds, I bought this watch Nov 2021 largely so I can go shopping with a list on keep and not hold my phone while pushing a trolley. My watch is turning one soon, I hardly use it because it's useless. Watch 5 is coming out so clearly you're just going to ignore that the feature advertised is not available.

Hi @sekito, there was a fix for this issue in version 5.21.401 or later on your watch. Please ensure your watch app is up to date. If the issue persists please send another error report.
