Health Monitor app not found

The Samsung Canada site says its available and works with Active2 watch. However it does not show up in Galaxy Store for phone or watch. FYI, I have a S20 Ultra 5G phone.

I contacted support and they said it's only available for Active4. So someone is wrong.

It is only available for the 4 Range of devices so far in Canada

Older devices still don't have the features

Well, you can download & Install it on your S20 Ultra, but unless you have a compatible watch, you'll see this.

It is not available for my S22 from Samsung but I downloaded and installed it from Apk Mirror but it still will not recognize my Watch 3 Classic so far

Hi, Health monitor app can be downloaded on phone but Galaxy watch active 2 doesn't support ECG and BP now.

There is no Health Monitor App for Active 2 and Galaxy watch 3 , only for Galaxy watch 4 ,and will not be according to Samsung. I complained at least 10 times.According to Federal consumer protection legislation in Canada maybe we can file complain for misleading advertising .
