How do I edit the heart rate for my cardio workouts in Samsung Health.
The watch doesn't record my heart rate because my wrist moves too much, but I can't really do cardio without my wrists moving so I end up periodically using the cardio machines heart rate tracker. I'd like to input that info into the health app to properly track heart rate.

WearablesHi gingerMac,
You can't directly edit or manually input heart rate data in Samsung Health, but there is a workaround to input your cardio machine's heart rate data.
After your workout, you can manually adjust the workout and include the heart rate data from the machine.
- Open Samsung Health and go to the Workouts section.
- Select the workout you did, or add a new one by tapping the + icon.
- Scroll down and choose "Add manual entry" or the "Edit" option on the workout you've already logged.
- From there, you can input or edit workout details, including heart rate.
Thank you.
