Am I going to say RIP to my watch? I really love this watch of mine and I can't part ways with this. 😭😭😭 is there anything I can do from my end or does this requires professional help?

Hi! I'm Sam, your friendly Samsung Customer Service guy. As with your concern, have you tried doing a master reset of your Gear Sport? Here's how to do it:

  1. Turn the Gear Sport off.
  2. Press and hold the Power key until REBOOTING displays at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Press the Power key repeatedly until the Select REBOOT MODE screen displays.
  4. Press the Power key to highlight ' Recovery'.
  5. Press and hold the Home key to select.
  6. Keep holding the Power key until the Gear Sport begins rebooting.
