I bought samsung watch 4 in India and moved to Canada. How do I enable ECG and BP Feature?

Dear Team,

I bought samsung watch 4 in India in December 2021  and now moved to Canada. How do I enable ECG and BP Feature?

I tried everything from resetting watch and my google pixel 4 and reinstalling all, but no luck.

Could anybody please tell me how do I enable those features in my watch 4?

It's not even year I bought this watch  and I am not able to use those features. 

I don't know but there is regulatory info in my watch in general information where a bis.gov.in website is mentioned. I hope this watch does not have any hardware lock to India.

You probably can't.. it's geographically locked.

The ECG feature isn't approved in India, so you won't be able to get it easily.

But all you need to use the feature is the Samsung Health Monitor app and a compatible watch.
The watch you have, so you just need to download the health monitor app from a 3rd party app store, like apkpure or aptoide and then install and follow the setup on screen.

Since you have a non samsung phone, it wouldn't work either.

You can only make it via a workaround download it from a 3rd party.

You can check the forums on xda to see the installation process and to bypass region locks as well as making it work on a non samsung phone.

Hi, Samsung Health Monitor app is supported on Galaxy phones only.
