I've a problem in my buds pro

Previously it was charging normally from any charger but now it must be a powerbank or a very slow charger how can I fix it

There are few reasons caused Galaxy Buds that are not charging.

Are you using a non-Samsung case?

No I use ana original Samsung case but recently I had a problem.. I can't charge the case using my phone's fast charger I suppose to be a slow charger
