My watch ultra doesnt notify of important health situations like low heart rate or elevated heart rate. In Trinidad in 2025 can't even get an ECG. Sad thing is I do loads of comparisons and the competitors actually gives those health notifications. Samsung your wearable tech kinda need to play catch up
