Intermittent Sound Buds2 pro

I bought a samsung galaxy buds 2 pro today everything is working well in my s22 ultra but I tried connecting it on my windows 11 pc and the sound was intermittent. So I search the bluetooth version of my pc and its bt version 5.1 

Does anyone know how to fix this problem. I mainly bought this product to use it my phone and pc. But now I can only use it on phone. I tried everything I can and no luck.

try ensuring the bt driver on pc is upto date, check your manufacturers support site

It is up to date. right now my pc bluetooth is v5.1

whats the brand/model of your bluetooth you can check on device manager

Idk. It only says generic bluetooth adaptwr but my motherboard is aorus b550 pro ac

base on the systemboard it tahdem for intel wireless, by default should be good bluetooth
