Everything I put the buds in my ear, either one or both, there is some hissing or static sound coming out of them. Specially when I'm sitting still and listening to music and while I'm on the train. Is this the problem with just my device or is it with all buds 3 pros?

Reset the Buds: Use the Galaxy Wearable app to reset your earbuds to their default settings.

Please ensure your Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are running the latest firmware version through the Galaxy Wearable app.

Check Ambient Sound/ANC Settings: Adjust or disable Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) or Ambient Sound mode to see if it reduces the static noise.

Clean the Buds: Gently clean the earbuds and charging case to remove any dirt or debris that might interfere with audio quality.

Test with Another Device: Pair the buds with a different device to rule out any issues with your phone.

If none of these steps help, we recommend visiting Samsung authorized service center to get it examined by the service technician to get it fixed.

Besides that, when I put them back in case and close the lid quickly, there is a high-pitched beep. What's the issue with the buds? Can't they be fixed by software update or something? It seems issue with the software 😕

Mine started doing the same thing as well, when I hold them both in the same hand feedback noise starts.
