Latest update is causing havoc! It is wiping data including photos and freezing the screen. Only option is to reboot and return to factory levels which means all photos/data is lost! When will this be rectified?

That's why everyone is being told to backup there stuff using Google Drive so you can restore it. Best to ask Samsung when it's gonna be fixed. Are you from South Australia?

Yeah I think the problem is only in south Australia

No idea but I have noticed a lot of people with this problem is from SA. I'm in NSW an haven't had the problem but I have a habit of backing up.my stuff
