The left bud of my galaxy buds+ suddenly did not work when I took it out of case. I tried to do some troubleshooting stated in the hand manual but nothing works. I was just using the earbuds like 6 hours ago then put it back in the case to charge it. Please help.
UPDATE: It is now connected but only have a 1% charge. I tried to charge them the normal way with a charger chord but it did not work. Eventually, I did make it work but I have to take out the right earbud and left the case open while charging. Please help. This is such an inconvenience if I have to do this everytime.
