My issue has started on April 17th 2021 when I walked into Rogers Store me and my siblings and bought 3 samsung watchs Galaxy Active 2 it cost me each of them $470 went home and I activated them so then I wanted to add my credit cards into samsung pay and that's when my problem has started it won't work the samsung pay yet I have tried 4 different cards but the strange thing is that My siblings watches they works just fine the samsung pay same cards but mine won't so that's when next day I called samsung customer service n I explained to them the problem so they transferred me to samsung pay department n we did everything in the book from trouble shooting so then they ask me to send the watch to them which I did 3 weeks later they send it back to me with totally different issues saying that Healy heart monitor was the issue then again tired to add my cards n it won't work again next day I have called samsung customer service n we went through same steps then they advised me to call my bank which I did n did also trouble shooting then didn't work called samsung again n they advised me to call rogers n aging did the true shooting yet because I only have 15 days to return the watch of course I couldn't because samsung had my watch at that time Yet I have asked for a manager to call me and ever since been calling every day and going through same thing telling them now I bought the watch and do the trouble shooting not only that it take me nearly one n half hour or sometimes longer talking to them yet since then the manager didn't not get back to me because they don't respect their customers. Yet supervisor has talked to me about a month ago before I had send my watch for second time and said after you send it for second time n the samsung pay it's not work then they will send me brand new watch yet it was a lie they are nothing but fraud n they lie to their customers I hope this will get a mangers attention yet I have bought a Samsung Galaxy note 20 for over $1700 the

While I would have been sympathetic to your issue, you are now just annoying & disrupting other members posts.

Well my experience with the first galaxy watch was a nightmare. It kept overheating repaired twice in repair shop so could not return on my 15 days like you. I had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund from Samsung it was stressful to say the least but they refunded me then I go out and by the bigger version of the watch. Dam Samsung got me hooked
