i just download 'galaxy buds plugin' from ( https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/SM-R170NZWABTU/#downloads ) it before realizing it was for the galaxy buds, not the galaxy buds pro, but after i download the mac version, i cant uninstall it, when i open finder,and go to applications, its just crashing every time when i try to uninstall it in launchpad, i press 'option (⌥) key' and there is no uninstall button on the galaxy buds plugin, what should i do? i was so nervous..
Hi, please try the below steps and see if it works. Open Finder and type the name of the plugin at the top right search area. In the Search line below select: "This Mac" and "Filename". Then use the cross sign at the left to further expand your options and select "System Files" and "are included". If "System Files" are not included as an option in the drop-down menu select "Other" and add them. Now you have all the places where the plugin is installed as well as the related system files.
