Man I'm having problems with my buds, they are always disconnecting and almost impossible to oair, I just about them about a month ago and I'm getting few up
They are still in warranty but I can't find someone to calm for help
I don't like texting back and forth , feels like a waste of time

Make sure that the Galaxy wearable app and the buds are up to date and then follow the below steps and get back to us with the results.
You can also try to update your Galaxy buds by following the below steps.
First, navigate to and open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone>> Update earbuds software.
If the problem persists, reset your earbuds from the Galaxy wearable app and check if it works.
For the Galaxy Buds, tap About earbuds. Tap Reset earbuds and then tap Reset to confirm.
