Please help me on this matter. My watch is not turning on. At first its just rebooting, after that i charged it and suddenly it turned off and cannot turn on anymore. I searched ways in youtube but still its not turning on.
First of all, we deeply apologize for this issue you’re experiencing. Since you’ve already tried booting and charging the device, have you also tried checking your charging dock or charging cable/adapter? It might be that your charger is causing charging problems with your Galaxy Watch Active 2. If your charger is working fine on other devices, then there might be some issue with your device. You should have it checked in an authorized Samsung Service Center for a check-up and consultation. after wearing it for like 20 to 30min in a pool it broke screen started to go nuts then not being responsive to touch. After bringing it to samsung service center they will charge you 6,500 for a screen repair thats only for initial assesment dafuq!!! Not worth it to buy another samsung **bleep** watch waste of money!!!
