This is nothing Samsung can do anything about, a watch app would have to be created by Google.

If you really want to watch YouTube on your watch, you can install Samsung Internet browser on your watch and do it through youtube.com

In fact, you recently made another thread about Samsung Internet, so surely you are aware of this 😋

Sorry for the late reply. But if you use YouTube on Samsung Internet it is really not optimised for the watch. If Google gave support for watch use, it most likely will be optimised for the watch.
