I pre-ordered the Watch 7 on July 11 and have not yet received it. I have been patient, but despite waiting, I still haven't received the product.

Every time I call customer service, I am told to just wait, with no specific timeframe provided, only to wait for a few more weeks. Payment has already been made, but it has been a month, and I still don't have the product. 

If this is the case, I don't understand why pre-order advertisements and pre-orders are offered. I also had issues with the S23 Ultra, and now I am facing problems with this order. 

Samsung's customer service is increasingly disappointing.
