Samsung, your website says 1-2 day shipping. I made my purchase based on this information, order placed on March 19th, 2022 and ten days later the order is still in Preparing Dispatch - with no news as to when the item will be sent.

I have contacted by every channel and I have been told I'll get an email when the order ships, but nobody will tell me when the order will ship and they have no further information.

I have purchased a Galaxy Watch4. I understand that there are other circumstances beyond Samsung's control, but every communication has been from me to Samsung, and nobody has given me any idea of whats going on. I couldn't tell you where the warehouse is, so I have no idea if my order has fallen off a system somewhere or if there are actual circumstances that make it reasonable.

 

Update: I was asked in the comments below to email, which I did, and I haven't had a response in the 48 hours since. I managed to get through and was told estimated arrival is now April 11- 23 days after order placement. Horrible experience for two day shipping.


Update 2: I got a reply email. Basically said everything was as expected, somehow. 2 day shipping is advertised and it's apparently expected to take 23 days. I don't get it.

I have the same issue. Ordered a clear cover for my S22 on the 8th of march. It's been 2 weeks since they updated the order status to "prepering dispatch" and I have no idea when will I get it.
The estimate delivery was 8 busines day! 😔

Samsung after purchase care is non existent. I was supposed to get samsung care plus for preregistering to buy my galaxy ultra. I purchased the phone and a week after purchasing my voucher for care + came. I asked for it to be added and they told me I would need to return my phone and repurchase it otherwise too bad.
I've contacted through every channel up to ceo complaints and nothing.
My accessories for my galaxy ultra were supposed to ship by march 3rd. Still processing for over 2 weeks after that. Noone would give me an answer.
Finally arrived 23 march.
Not sure if I will purchase another galaxy, guaranteed if I do it won't be directly through samsung again.

Yes. Arrived on April 5th, three weeks later.
