Is that normal that i cant see the voice control section in wearables for my samsung galaxy buds 3?

Reset and reconnect your Galaxy Buds 3: Sometimes resetting the buds and reconnecting them can resolve missing features.

Could it be because the feature is not release in canada because i did all the ubdate and i did check for any ubdate and all is ubdated i have re instal wearable aplication but still dont see it i have reset my buds 3 and still dont see the feature what should i do
