I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the performance and repair process of my Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic. This watch has been a constant source of frustration, requiring multiple repairs since I purchased it. I encountered hardware issue less than three weeks from the purchase date.
In February 2024, the service center replaced the motherboard, which I hoped would resolve the recurring issues. However, the same problem has surfaced again in November 2024. When I sent the watch back for repair, I was shocked to learn that the service center asking for the repair at a cost that amounts to nearly 80% of the watch's original price.
Given the ongoing problems and the fact that the watch has already undergone significant repairs, I believe this issue indicates a manufacturing defect. It is unreasonable for me, as a loyal Samsung customer, to bear the cost of repairs for an issue that should have been previously resolved.
I kindly request that Samsung either:
1) Cover the full cost of the current repair;
or
2) Replace the watch with a new unit.
I have always trusted Samsung for its quality and reliability, and I hope you will address this matter promptly to restore my confidence in your products.
