So I had noticed my volume getting lower and lower in one of my earbuds to the point where I lost total volume in my right earbud of my Samsung buds Fe. I sent it to the merchant under there warranty claim and they notified me that the issue is due to water damage. So would not be covered by their warranty. So I also realize that it will not be covered under Samsung's manufacturer warranty and did not obviously purchase their Care Plus plan. So my question is, is there a way I can buy a replacement earbud from Samsung or potentially a Samsung authorized repair center?

Yes, you can buy just one Earbud to replace a lost or damaged Earbud from Samsung.

Hi AmeriCanuck,

Yes, you can purchase a single ear bud. Please try the following places to purchase the ear bud.

Samsung Canada parts (https://www.samsungcanadaparts.com/)
Online shopping (.com) https://www.samsung.com/ca/

You can visit any nearest SES(Samsung Experience Store) or Samsung Authorized Service center.

Thank you.

Well as an update... that info was wrong.. I couldn't find anything in the Samsung website. I went to a local Samsung authorized service center that was located on the map from your link Helena and they said they don't sell replacement if I did. I talked to Samsung support via chat and you can't buy them off the website here. So ultimately I have to buy a new pair of earbuds

Have a look at the link below.

I have Jabra Earbuds and I'm pretty sure that you can buy just one to replace a lost or damaged Earbud from them.

So I called that number and found out that even though I've already had it diagnosed, Samsung's technicians will want to do their own diagnosis. And in the end of it all even if I choose not to have them repair it it's still not worth the money for me to go that route of getting a replacement either way. So either I will just buy another set of the buds Fe or I will step down to the Buds 2 Pro or upgrade to the 3 Pro
