Restore from backup

Does anybody know where the restore data option has gone from the wearable app? I reset my watch last night and apparently I didn't get any option to restore from backup data. 

I can see the data is backed up on the cloud but for some reason there is no option to restore that data to the watch. 

Because of this I can't make my watch look exactly like it was before resetting.

On the wearable app, go to 'settings' then 'about watch' then press 'back up and restore' and there should be a button for restore. As long as the watch is signed onto the same account as the backup.

Agree with BAAMM, But this Samsung Back up is pure gargabe....why?..
S24U 1TB and GWU owner, so I have the best they make.

So I check my back up in Wear App, my old watches are there, but now day 11 and still no GWU Back up, I have tried everything.
The Ridiculousness of their thinking astounds me, You CAN NOT Manually back up to Samsung Cloud, you just have to wait for this random upload event when Samsung is ready between 1AM and 3AM.
So everything is Data on and WiFi on and BT Connected, still nothing.
So can anyone confirm, must it ONLY be wifi on watch and phone, no data on?, even if Watch is BT Connected must the watch be wearing on wrist? Can it be off and BT next to phone.

Yes, screens must be idle (off) but as usual the actual requirements are vauge.
