WearablesWould it help you if someone ONLY replied to your inquiry with "yes" and that's it???
I swear regardless of how technology has advanced the internet and made it so much easier since Google's search people using it are become less and less intelligent and more and more lazy!

WearablesHi dpeat,
We understand how frustrating this situation can be. Since you purchased the watch directly from Samsung, it’s possible that the device's IMEI is not pre-registered in Rogers' system, which may be causing activation issues and system updates on their end.
We recommend verifying with Rogers if they support BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) activation for the Galaxy Watch Ultra LTE. It may require a specific eSIM profile from Rogers. You could also try reaching out to their technical support team or visiting a Rogers store for assistance.
Thank you.

WearablesCall in5o Roger's wireless tech support team and ask for a possible escalation.
Maybe even ask if there is a generic IMEI that can be added into their billing system - your price plan may need to be updated. If this can be done when your Watch connects to Roger's' network switch then the proper imei can be updated into their lot of allowed devices.
