S23 watch redemption

I purchased a new S23 a few weeks ago and submitted the redemption online, the portal I was emailed to track it said it was validated and reviewed then for a week no change to the status now the portal is gone and just redirects me to the Samsung homepage I haven't had any email updates and I can't find anywhere on my samsung app or when I login on a browser it says anything about the watch.

Is anyone else having a similar issue?

Same, I bought my mobile from Jb hifi and redeemed the watch on samsung website. I have not received any information pertaining to the shipping and delivery.

I submitted the redemption online and never received the email its one of the reasons I bought the phone was to get the watch

Yes, I got validation complete over a week ago and now can't get onto the portal either. No confirmation email when validation was completed and no tracking
