yes! i already did all the possible t/s. i checked on that article and i did that already as well. i may need to consult this one on a local samsung store. hopefully they can fix it :(

I think that's the best option. i'd suggest go on a weekday after lunch like 1 or 2 in the afternoon, it gets crowded at 4pm. I went to the SM Megamall branch.
