Yesterday, my samsung buds live got exposed to the rain, and its not charging and left ear buds has stopped working. What should I do and since I purchased it before 3 months, Is der a way, I could get a warranty?

i am not sure with the warranty, but you can try contacting customer service about it.. also try not to put the buds on its casing.. leave it in a dry place for 2 - 3 days then charge it again, maybe it will work as new again..

Sorry to know about your buds live. Please be informed that "Samsung Provide 12 months of standard manufacturer warranty from the day of purchase. However, physical and liquid damages are not covered under warranty."

I suggest you contact our Live Chat support with the model number of Buds. So that they will help you further.

they are super easy to repair on your own too! and they should be able to get wet... id what "expose" mean in terms of liquid
