Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 terrible audio and mic quality on calls and teams meeting

Hi, just wanted to know if anyone experienced the same issue with me. My Buds 3 is 3 months old, and I noticed this issue as soon as the first week of using them. When I connect them to my Windows Work Laptop, S8+ Tab or Z Flip 6 the same issue happens: Mic quality is always terrible when I use it on meetings in Teams. When I receive a phone call their quality is thin and low even on full volume.

I already tried all troubleshooting steps I could see here in the community, even tried talking with the chat support to no avail. I was advised to visit the Service Center but I doubt that will do any difference. Any suggestions?

That sounds really inconvenient, especially when you rely on them for meetings. Great job on tackling the troubleshooting steps! Since you’ve already tried quite a few things, have you checked if the app needs any updates? You might also consider using the Buds with a different app for meetings to see if it’s a compatibility issue, as app-related issues can sometimes affect performance.

Additionally, you could try adjusting the audio settings on your devices. Let us know how it goes!
