Samsung galaxy watch active has a black square on the screen

I own a samsung galaxy watch active and I turned it on today and noticed that there was a black square where the yellow notification dot should be. I noticed it is when I get a notification it shows the black square but when I clear the notifications the black square disappears. Does anyone know how you could fix this

Hi @Hamboy, that's odd. As you can pick it up with a screenshot, it may be software related. I suggest sending through an error report via the Galaxy Wearable app. 

To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:

1. Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
2. In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
3. Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
4. Click send.
