Samsung galaxy watch ultra LTE

Hello i just got an samsung galaxy watch ultra LTE.
Now everything works great but when I shut off bluetooth and wifi and just have it on LTE
I can make calls receive calls, I can use GPS and YouTube threw the browser, I have all notifications set to on and allowed, but for some reason I can't receive text messages or send them, iv contacted Bell and they comfrirmed that my service is working correctly so it's not my provider, iv factory reset the watch and still same thing just can't for the life of me get text to receive or send on the watches LTE. Any help would be greatly appreciated

If you have Bluetooth enabled, can you send & receive texts? 

If so, turn it on... I'm not sure why you would turn it off anyway

We are sorry to hear this issue from you and appreciate your efforts in performing the troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

Verify Message Syncing Settings. On your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app: Go to Watch settings > Notifications and ensure Messages is enabled. Open Watch settings > Advanced features > Call & text on other devices and ensure it’s turned ON.

If the watch is in a companion mode (linked to the phone), messaging might not work over LTE. On your watch, go to: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Use LTE independently (or similar wording). Test texting after enabling standalone LTE functionality.

Refresh the network configuration on your watch: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Reset network settings. Restart the watch and reconnect LTE.

Yes I can send and receive with bluetooth on,but that's not the point I bought the LTE watch so I do not need my cell phone with me all the time. And still be able to receive and make calls and text.

Under advance features on watch settings, there is no Call and Text in there for me to click on. Notification is clicked on and ready.
Everything else you i do not see anywhere on my watch or through the phone.
LTE is set to auto, like I said I can still receive calls and do everything else. And I have every setting set to allow. I spoke with a samsung rep and they are suggesting to take it in to a samsung store. Witch is an hour away I was just hoping to fix it with out going in to a service center.
I have a number share plan and sharable data. Iv talked to bell and everything is working on there end
