I have a new Watch4 and the blood pressure function isn't working as the phone says "Samsung health monitor is not available in your current location". The phone was purchased in Thailand and the watch in Australia.

Update the watch software and you'll see the Samsung Health Monitor app. When you go into the app, it will ask you to download it to your phone. Just follow the prompts and you'll be set.

I had done that already. Still get the message. Any more ideas?

Hmm I'm not sure then. It worked for me as aoon as I updated my watch software. May be a Samsung question. Hopefully someone replies.

Same problem for me. How can i get blood pressure & ecg working on watch when health monitor wont install in my location?

Any ideas?

Hi @Steve4211, unfortunately, you'll need both devices to be an Australian variant device. This is due to the terms and conditions of use, and privacy notice agreement of the app which are for Australian devices.
