Samsung how did this happen

So I was going into my galaxy watch 6 manager and then next thing I know my phone forgot who my watch is

Hi Scardycat18, is the watch randomly unpairs from the phone? Have you tried to pair both the devices again and check if it is disconnecting?

Had this happen too try not to switch accounts so much this is why it happened to me and it could be that your phone died or was off during a watch update and had no account to add when updating but idk 😐
